Delivery Information
Below is all the information you should need regarding the delivery of your order. If you are unsure of anything please do not hesitate to email info@thackerays.co.uk and we will respond as soon as possible.

Charges

• Delivery is FREE for any order. This will normally arrive within 1-3 working days.

Service

• Thackerays only sells and delivers to customers within the UK. This excludes the Republic of Ireland.
• The courier will require a signature on delivery, and will not leave your order unattended or with neighbours.
• If no one is at the address to sign for your order, it will return to the courier's depot and you may collect it from there, or arrange a re-delivery with them.
• Although you must register with your home address, you may nominate another address for delivery, at your workplace for example.
