Returns Information
Below is all the information you should need regarding our returns policy and procedures. If you are unsure of anything please do not hesitate to email info@thackerays.co.uk and we will respond as soon as possible.
Cancellation
- Once you have placed your order, you are entitled to cancel it so long as it has not been dispatched yet.
- To do this, send an email to cancel@thackerays.co.uk quoting your name and details of your order.
- If your order has not been dispatched, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded in full.
- If you order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait until it arrives and return it as below.
Returns
- Once your order arrives, you are entitled to return your items within 14 days of their delivery to you.
- You can only return items if they are unworn, undamaged and with any original labels and packaging intact.
- If your returned items meet the criteria above, you can either exchange for another product or have a refund.
- To return items, send an email to returns@thackerays.co.uk quoting your name and the item(s) being returned.
- Then, fill out the returns form which came with your item(s) originally. If you need another form, click here.
- Then, use a signed-for courier service to send the items back to us with the completed returns form.
- We will notify you by email when your return has been accepted and your exchange or refund is done.
Faulty/Damaged Items
- If you believe your item(s) to have a manufacturing fault, please email customerservice@thackerays.co.uk.
- If any part of your order is damaged or missing, please email the above address within 7 days of delivery.
- Each case of faulty, damaged or missing items will be handled on an individual basis.
